If a registered tour guest cancels 48 hours or more prior to the tour, you will be refunded your ticket cost less an 8% processing fee per ticket. This small fee covers what your credit card charges for the original ticket as well as the refund. Any booking may be rescheduled to another date, at no charge and space permitting, if done at least 48 hours prior to the tour.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time and no-shows are non-refundable, as food orders and restaurant arrangements are made in advance.

We highly recommend taking the tour at the beginning of your visit so you allow plenty of time to revisit many of the locations that you will learn about on tour.

Tours typically last approximately 2.5–3 hours and include several walking stops in downtown Bozeman. Guests should be comfortable walking up to 1.5–2 miles at a relaxed pace.

Our tours include tastings at multiple restaurants. There will be one or two items at each stop which can be food, drink, or a sweet treat. Generally, participants are full by the end of the tour. For afternoon tours, we recommend an early breakfast so you are hungry for the tour.

Yes! Gratuities are not included for the guide in the ticket price. While not mandatory, if you had a great time, gratuities will be graciously accepted by your tour guide at the end of the tour. The standard gratuity in the industry is 15-20%.

Rain or shine, we dine. Tours operate in most weather conditions. Guests are encouraged to dress appropriately for the forecast. In the event of unsafe or severe weather, we may cancel or reschedule tours for guest safety.

Guests should notify us of dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking. There is space on the booking form to do so. While we work with our restaurant partners to accommodate common dietary needs, accommodations cannot always be guaranteed. Guests with severe food allergies participate at their own discretion.

Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance as tours may sell out. To maximize your chances of getting the day, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.

Yes. Some tours may include alcoholic beverages. Guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older and may be asked to present valid identification.

No but the end point is usually within a couple blocks of the starting point. The tour guide can help lead you back to the starting point at the conclusion of the tour if needed.

After 2 hours in the same place, parking citation may be issued. The tour typically lasts 2.5-3 hours so park in those areas at your own risk. This information will also be sent directly to you in the confirmation email after purchasing your tickets.

Yes, bathrooms are available at most stops on the tours. We do recommend that you use the facilities before meeting up for the tour, so that we can stay on schedule and maximize our tastings!

Everyone who requires a seat requires a ticket and will receive full food portions. Children are welcome on the tours. Please bear in mind that our tours typically last close to three hours, involve anywhere from one to two miles of walking, and can involve significant amounts of standing. Parents, please assess the situation individually and consider this when making a choice about whether the tour is appropriate for your children. If your child is very young, will be sitting in your lap, and will not be eating or will be sharing food with you along the way, there is no need to purchase a ticket.
